Rowing 

Indoor rowing machines are located at CrossFit at the Lake Highlands Gym located at 9850 Walnut Hill Ln. in Dallas. Coaches are there to assist you. Indoor rowing gives you a chance to learn about rowing and is great exercise.

Outdoor rowing takes place on the lake, please call for location and other info. Outdoor rowing is at leisure, no racing, and a great way to get outside and have fun.

Indoor Dates:

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 1pm at Crossfit. Please call Chuck at the number below before you leave just to confirm as sometimes there are last minute changes.
